Emotional intelligence coaching supports you in understanding your emotions, building resilience, improving communication, and responding to life’s challenges more effectively. It helps you navigate relationships, boundaries, and self-leadership with greater clarity and confidence.

What kind of issues can coaching help with?

I coach individuals one-on-one, and I also work with teams and organisations—particularly around emotional intelligence, energy management, and leadership development.

Is your coaching online or in-person?

Most of my coaching is done online, making it accessible and flexible for clients around the world. In-person sessions or workshops are available for specific events or group work by arrangement.
